3.6 We reserve the right to remove your listing and cancel your listing without notice and for any reason. In this instance we will not refund the annual fee pro rata for the unexpired term. If we cancel your listing because of a breach of these terms or the malicious use no refund will be made.

4. Content Standards

4.1 These Content Standards apply to your Review. The Content Standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether a Review breaches our Content Standards. We reserve the right not to publish Reviews, to amend content or remove Reviews at any time from our web site without notice.
